Installation/Networking

You might think you just put load the disk into your computer and follow the installation instructions right?!  Like anything else you can always "give it a try" and see what happens...  We make sure that your computer meets all the minimum installation requirements, that SQL loads properly and that ACT! installs properly and your preferences and Outlook integration is done correctly.  If you work alone or have a network with 50 users we can handle all your network and installation needs.

 

Software Sales

Out of the box ACT! has all the standard fields one might need to run thier business.  With customization the power of ACT! is unleashed. We can add virtually unlimited amount of custom fields, they include character, currency, numerical, yes/no radio buttons, picture, and memo fields. We can add drop-down menus so you can select from various choices.  Customization allows your to manipulate the data far more effectively than just the standard fields.  You are only limited by your imagination!

Data Conversion

Worried about transfer data from your existing CRM/Database to ACT?  Let us take a look and more often than not we can move most if not all of the data to ACT!  Outlook users don't worry we got you covered, we can transfer your contacts over to ACT!  If you have lead list in excel, txt, or csv formats, we can prepare the data and import for you.  Each situation is unique, but just know more often than not you won't have to RE-ENTER data.

Database Maintenance

Web Hosting & Syncronization

With the Corporate Version of ACT! you can share your database with users from any location worldwide!  This feature can only be done in a "hosted" environment.  Let's say you work in Los Angeles,  and you want to share a database with your Florida office and 5 outside reps that work from thier home. Technical Support

Doi you need tech support?  We provide three methods of  support.  Email, remote access, or on-site. As an ACT! Certifed Consultant we have complete access to Level 3 tech support from Sage,  so if we run into issues we cannot resolve we can get it done one way or the other!  For a premium charge we can tackle evening or weekend issues as well, just inquire.

Business Card Scanning Service
